Here at A Classic Fact ™ our goal is to take you on an exciting journey
through American life, offer you unique designs of all things "classic" and bring back the good 'ol days when life was
simpler and times less stressful - an America that was on the top of its game.
Our current collection features classic cars & automotive, but we are busy creating new and different designs that will
embrace the idea of "all things classic".

We strive to keep pace with the T-shirt industry and buy only the highest quality 100% cotton. Our designs which are
drawn in HD quality can be enlarged and make incredible poster art. We offer 4 sizes on high quality glossy photography
paper, the largest poster size (25x30) perfect for framing and brightening up any room or fine garage.

We will continuously be adding new designs on an ongoing basis, so make sure and come back for a visit to see our
newest updates, upcoming products, exclusive offers and sales.

We would love to hear from you and get your ideas and feedback for new “classic fact” ideas. We encourage you to
send us an email and communicate.

We can also provide quality custom design work for yourself, car clubs, events, etc. Send us an email for a personal

RETURN POLICY –
We give credit for all items that are returned unused because of a product
defect. Defective products must be reported to us by phone at 888-921-FACT (3228) or
by email to CustomerService@AClassicFact.com within 72 hours of receipt of the defective product.
We will give credit for the return shipping cost only if we have given prior authorization
for the return by phone or email.
If we have not given prior authorization for the shipping method, we do not give
credit for the return shipping.
If your purchase is found to have a defect, we will be sure to get you a replacement. However,
please contact us via email or phone prior to returning the item. Please get a confirmation
number. Some items may need to be directly sent back to the manufacturer. Please make sure to
insure. We cannot do anything about returned items that are damaged or lost.
If products are returned for any reason (other than product defect), we will give store credit for the
amount of the product only (not initial or return shipping charges). Items must be returned unused
and folded in their original packaging within 30 days of the original order date.
A restocking charge of $10.00 or 10% whichever is greater will be charged for all orders that are returned (other than
product defect).
Please note that our T-shirts and other apparel items can only be returned due to a product defect. No size exchanges
can be accommodated.
They must be new, in the original packaging, with any tags attached and free of any cigarette smoke or odors and never
used or washed.

If we need to replace a defective item or an incorrectly shipped item, we will send the replacement items at no cost,
but we will only ship the replacements using the same shipping method as the original shipment.
Any expedited shipping methods requested by the customer for replacement items will be charged to
the customer at our actual cost. It will be the customer’s responsibility to order their products within
sufficient time frames in order to allow for any defect or incorrect product to be received before the product is needed.


PAYMENT POLICY –
All credit card sales are handled through the Yahoo secure server connection.
If you choose to pay by check or money order instead, please mail your order to the above address
along with your payment and product information. (i.e. item #, product name, quantity ordered, size, etc.).


SHIPPING CHARGES -
within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands)
We ship First Class Mail, Priority Mail, or UPS Ground depending on the amount and weight of your order and your
shipping address:
$5.95 for Priority Mail or UPS Ground on orders from $20.00 – 29.99.
$6.95 for Priority Mail or UPS Ground on orders from $30.00 - $49.99.
$10.00 for Priority Mail or UPS Ground on orders from $100 - $199.00.
$12.00 for orders over $200.00.
Orders usually will be shipped within one business day (Monday through Friday).
If you choose to have your order sent via UPS 1 day or 2 day air, we will add the actual shipping charge to your order.
UPS does not count weekends or holidays as shipping days. For all other shipping arrangements, please contact us for
times and rates.

*Canada rates are based on purchase amount.
